About Lisa Swanson

Lisa Swanson, a Massachusetts native, serves as Side’s Managing Broker for Massachusetts and California — working and living bicoastally. She brings ample experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts to the role.

Prior to Side, Lisa ran her own independent, boutique brokerage serving the San Francisco Bay Area market for over two decades. She also practiced law extensively in the fields of residential and commercial real estate and commercial law in California for many years.  Lisa holds real estate broker licenses in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard University and her law degree at Harvard Law School.
