Claire grew up in the Pacific Northwest among entrepreneurs and business owners. While her background is in hospitality and business development, she developed an early love of all things historic. Growing up watching 'This Old House' with parents who had a 'hands on' approach to renovations, she learned how to remodel, fix, and appreciate the character and comfort of every property they lived in.

 

As a realtor, Claire takes a hospitality approach to helping clients navigate home ownership in the Berkshires and making a selling experience as stress-free and gratifying as possible. For buyers, from the initial search to closing, she creates a curated, guided experience that focuses on each client's needs. Claire brings a unique understanding of each area of the Berkshires from North to South County, local municipalities, amenities, and services. Claire balances her time working on her own historic home, gardening, and as a board member at Ventfort Hall overseeing the historic restorations of a Gilded Age Mansion. She enjoys the Berkshires in every season and is passionate about sharing this beautiful part of the world with everyone!

 

Constantly busy, Claire brings a wealth of skills and knowledge and fun to every transaction. Her background includes: a degree in baking and pastry arts, owner and seller of three successful businesses, an 8-year stint as a business consultant, expertise in lime plastering and historic restoration, a love of painting, drawing, archery, horse-back riding and kayaking.
