About Tyson Lynch

Tyson Lynch is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and REALTOR with over 250 completed transactions across the state. He has been a licensed Massachusetts attorney since 2007, and that legal background shapes how he reads contracts, evaluates disclosure risk, and advises clients before problems surface.

Tyson is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by fewer than 3% of agents nationwide, and also holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Listing Specialist (CRLS) designations.

He is a 2025 graduate of the National Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy, one of 20 agents selected nationally, and served as the 2024 President of North Shore REALTORS. He currently serves as Regional Vice President at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS and is a permitted real estate instructor in Massachusetts.

Tyson attended Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School and has spent his career representing buyers, sellers, and investors across Massachusetts.
